Customize maybio fonts, cursors and effects
Adjust fonts, colors, cursors, particles and typing effects, with mobile and desktop previews. All options are free.
Choose your profile layout
Use a freeform layout, glass card or compact layout. Adjust the card’s width, transparency, blur and corners to fit your background. Preview changes before publishing.
Avatars support different sizes and shapes. Use an uploaded image, GIF, included image or your linked Discord avatar.
Fonts, colors and animated typing
The editor includes eight font options, including Space Grotesk, Orbitron, JetBrains Mono and Playfair Display. Adjust name size, text and accent colors, plus the glow on your name and social icons.
Apply the typing effect to your name or bio. Set its speed and check it with the full text. Effects respect your device’s reduced motion preference where applicable.
Custom cursors
Keep your system cursor, upload an image or choose from seven effects: halo, crosshair, comet, sparkles, orbit, diamond and ripples. Adjust effect color and size in the dashboard.
Animated cursors work on devices with a compatible pointer. Touchscreens have no cursor to follow; reduced motion keeps compatible system behaviour. Try effects with a mouse in the desktop preview.
Particles and animated backgrounds
Choose from eight particle effects: rain, petals, snow, fireflies, stars, meteors, embers and bubbles. Change quantity, speed and color, or turn them off. Use an image, GIF or your own video background.
Lots of particles and large backgrounds can be harder on mobile devices. Start with moderate intensity and make sure effects do not make links harder to tap or text harder to read.
Check both previews before publishing
Use the Desktop / Mobile switch to check layout and text size. Try the entry screen and music player in the preview. Publish your changes, then open the published profile to check what visitors see.
